Feeling pressed for time but want to do a quick and effective arm workout. Here’s my 10 minute workout for amazing arms.  Do 10 reps of each exercise and 3 circuits of the workout. Rest for 45 seconds at the end of each circuit if required.

  1. Plank Ups
  2. Lateral Plank Walks
  3. Burped with Push Ups
  4. Planks with Shoulder Taps
  5. Diamond Push Ups
  6. Mountain Climber Twists
