We all see them in the media, on the television, In magazines: Abs. but how do you get them? We have all done the traditional sit up, which I think are not worth doing as they can start to hurt your back. So here is an abs workout that will help bring those bad boys out for everyone to see.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and rest at the end of the circuit. Aim to do at least 3 circuits. Rest for 60-90 seconds after each circuit.
- Hollow Body Hold
- Reverse Crunch holding a weight for counterbalance
- Full Extension to Reverse Crunch
- Kneeling Press up
- Crab Bridge
- Leg Drops
