‘I went in my running gear but planned to walk it. My friend Tim who I was walking with fell in a bog so had to cut the walk short but I decided to carry on and ended up running the majority of it getting back in 5 hours 41 minutes and 10th overall of the runners!
I’m still shocked not only that I was able to do the 25 miles but that I also got a very good place in the run! My brother Will did it in 5 hours 9 minutes coming 7th overall’. Chris Day
