1. HIIT Class (High Intensity Interval Training)
HIIT workshops have been created as energising exercise to get the juices flowing for the day ahead, torch fat, improve strength resilience and reduce stress. Whether you are a beginner or a fitness fanatic all fitness levels are welcome.
HIIT is a specialized training method for torching fat and getting your pulse racing. It involves exercising the whole body with a predetermined exercise/rest period. This method is scientifically proven to get you fit and lean.

Running workshops have been designed with your staff health and wellbeing in mind. It’s proven to improve health, wellbeing and mindfulness to people with stressful jobs.
Running is one of the best forms of cardio exercise. It’s used for improving endurance, resilience and a fantastic stress buster. You may have heard of the runners high, which happens after the run, leaving the runner feeling euphoric. Whether you are a beginner or a regular runner all fitness levels are welcome. Two class options either beginner’s class or improver’s class.
