Come along to my fortnightly fell running sessions in the Peak District around Sheffield

Ever wondered what fell running is like?

Would you prefer running on undulating country trails to roads and pavements?

Would you like a nice, gentle introduction to fell running?

If the answer to any of those questions is yes, then come along to one of my fortnightly fell running sessions in the Peak District near Sheffield.

What?

Fell running sessions aimed at those who would like to try fell running and those who enjoy it.

The distance is usually no more than around 4 miles and the sessions are designed to make sure no one is left behind regardless of their abilities.

Contact me to book your place as numbers are limited then just turn up with appropriate footwear and clothes.

Fell running is a great way to increase fitness, increase strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and see the countryside.

When?

Times vary slightly but are usually around 9am on Sunday mornings. See my events calendar for upcoming runs.

Where?

Start locations vary but are usually within a few miles of Sheffield in the Peak District such as Fox House or Grindleford

Why?

  • Improve your fitness and running ability
  • Meet like minded people and make new friends
  • Enjoy the outdoors

Who?

These sessions are for beginners and improvers and anyone aged 16 or above who is interested in giving fell running a go.

Do I need to book?

Please contact me in advance to book your place as numbers are limited.

How much?

Each sessions costs just £5.50 per person (although a small fee also applies if payment is made using PayPal)

I don’t think I’m ready for fell running!

About me

I'm Adam Taylor - an expert in personal training, running coaching, weight loss and nutritional advice.

I'm based in Sheffield and am passionate about helping people reach their fitness goals - everything from weight loss and general fitness to marathon and fell running.

My open running group is for beginners and intermediate runners - those who are just getting started with running or those who would like to improve.

My personal training services work with people on an individual basis and provide a fully tailored fitness plan working towards a goal.
