Ever wondered what fell running is like?
Would you prefer running on undulating country trails to roads and pavements?
Would you like a nice, gentle introduction to fell running?
If the answer to any of those questions is yes, then come along to one of my monthly fell running sessions in the Peak District near Sheffield.
Fell running sessions aimed at those who would like to try fell running and those who enjoy it.
The distance is usually 5-6 miles and the sessions are designed to make sure no one is left behind regardless of their abilities.
Contact me to book your place as numbers are limited then just turn up with appropriate footwear and clothes.
Fell running is a great way to increase fitness, increase strength, improve cardiovascular fitness, and see the countryside.
Times vary slightly but are usually around 9am on Saturday or Sunday mornings. See my events calendar for upcoming runs.
Start locations vary but are usually within a few miles of Sheffield in the Peak District such as Fox House or Grindleford

These sessions are for beginners and improvers and anyone aged 16 or above who is interested in giving fell running a go.
Do I need to book?
Please contact me in advance to book your place as numbers are limited.
Each sessions costs just £5.50 per person (although a small fee also applies if payment is made using PayPal)
I don’t think I’m ready for fell running!
