We are a friendly group of runners who all share the same passion ‘We love to run’
We train on a variety of roads, parks and nearby surrounding countryside. Sessions last 60 mins ish.
This group provides a combination of structured running sessions designed for all ages and abilities to help you improve your overall fitness, running technique, physical strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
We meet outside Meadowhead Physiotherapy (298 Meadowhead, Sheffield, S8 7UH – next door to Meadowhead Carpets)
