Here is one simple strategy to help you lose some excess weight and save money on your weekly shop.

This is what I encourage all my clients to do on a weekly basis. Plan their meals throughout the week and then plan what ingredients they need to buy.

I'm Adam Taylor - an expert in personal training, running coaching, weight loss and nutritional advice.
